Introduction to BOOTCAMP FITNESS 300 takes place at HAULOVER BEACH PARK / BILL BIRD MARINA which provides the perfect setting for an outdoor fitness program. It starts at tail-end of Hurricane Season and Spear-heads into the Fall Season, right before the Holidays in order for you to set your New Years Resolution ahead of time. WIll meet on the Bill Bird Marina side (west-side of Collins Ave) on an open grass section adjacent to the Hauover Paark Main Office... From their we will venture out into the entire Marina area - conducting our training and conditioning, ending up on beach side to continue the introduction to BCF-300. Upon completion, we will return to starting area and conclude and provide the opportunity to join our program. The event will be repeated every Saturday to run for four weeks of promotion period To take advantage of PROMO Pricing. This will be a continuous program offering weekly classes throughout the year. Their will be an opportunity to move up in fitness levels by successfully passing our Physical Fitness Tests and join our Race Teams which will participate and compete in local races in south Florida to include: Obstacle Course Races (OCR), Mud Runs and Charity Races; the team members who represent BCF-300 will be sponsored as a team to participate in these races.
The BCF-300 Program is a Military Fitness and Conditioning program second-to-none, based on actual training given to Marine (Military) Recruits - Train with the Worlds Finest and EARN YOUR STRIPS !

8:45 - 9:00am * Please arrive early for a quick roll call / sign-in
9:00 - 9:15am * Brief Intro to BCF-300 and Warm-up / Calisthenics
9:15 - 10:00am * Training and conditioning / Mach Initial Strength Test
10:00 - 10:20am * Make our way back to starting area
1020 - 10:30am * Cool down / stretching

Course Info: Military Fitness Program designed for ALL Fitness Levels (Beginner / Intermediate / Advance and ELITE) Adult (18+) / Youth (13-17) Male and Female * Continuum of fitness level successions - will experience a workout to challenge you, give you the edge and peak performance.
Philosophy: "Do it right the first time..." - Properly executed exercises will ensure efficiency, proficiency and resulTo your looking for. Train hard and smart - reach your full potential - achieve your fitness goals.
Training and Conditioning: Standard movements, circuit training with BCF-300 equipment, body weight exercises, walk/jog/run method - components of Functional Fitness.

Arrival Info: Upon arrival to HAULOVER BEACH PARK / BILL BIRD MARINA at 10800 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33154 - have option to enter through main entrance (north) or second entrance (south) on Bill Bird Marina side (west) off Collins Ave - follow the posted direction lawn signs - leading you to staging area which will have a BCF-300 flag at open grass area adjacent to HAULOVER Park office and alongside boat dock.
Parking Info: Free Parking is available for All event guests / participants - across from staging area. * PLEASE ENSURE TO SECURE AND LOCK YOUR VEHICLES.
Waivers and ID: Please bring proper ID for sig-in. * Waiver Release for will be provided at sign-in.
What to wear: Proper athletic attire and shoes, water and a positive attitude to train.
