Event details and schedule
Intro Classes will start: Jan. 4, 2020 *Every Saturday - April 3, 2020
Time: 9:00am - 10:30am
Info: For ALL Fitness Levels - intro will consist of a brief intro to BCF-300 Military Fitness Program, warm up with calisthenics and right into conditioning / training, to end with a cool-down / stretching. (Further details will be provide at event)
Arrival: When you arrive to address provide - there will be an entrance on the south-west side to the marina (coming from south - through Bal Harbour) - if coming. From the north through sunny isles, you will be entering through the main entrance to Halover Park / Beach on the marina side - there will be BCF-300 directional signs posted leading you to designated staging area, which is an open grass area marked with signs - along the dock.
Parking: Upon arrival to designated and marked staging area - free parking is availble in-front of the staging area - with plenty of parking spaces available. * PLEASE SECURE YOUR VEHICLE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Waivers and I.D.: A waiver release form will be provided at the staging / sign-in area for signature. Please bring your ID and secure it on your person in-safekeeping.
What To Bring: Can bring hydration pack or bottles at your leisure. PLEASE DISCARD ALL BOTTLES IN TRASH NEAREST TRASH RECEPTICAL TO KEEP PARK CLEAN.
What To Wear: Comfortable and proper workout attire to include: shirt, shorts and running shoes - will be on grass, concrete areas throughout the event.
Other Details / Information: First Intro Class is free of charge - every other class will b $20
We are offering a 2, 4 and 8-week payment package that best fits your needs and fitness goals - starting at $18 and down to $15 / class - classes will be on scheduled days/times during the week - it is highly recommended that are able to attend no less than 3-classes per/week in order to yield the best results. Will be providing the best and favorable options to have you as a member and a part of our team. FURTHER DETAILS AND ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN AT DAY OF EVENT.
