This class connects traditional yoga poses, deep breathing, and meditation into a sequence of movements that flow from one pose to the next stretching and strengthening your body and mind. Verbal cues from the instructor will guide you through your practice with a variety of grounding, sun salutation, standing, core, and relaxation poses. This class is for all levels with modifications offered.
