Prior Yoga experience is recommended to participate in this more vigorous, fitness based class. Focusing on strength, balance and flexibility, Vinyasa 1-2 is intended for individuals looking to further develop their practice. Although this class is fast paces and challenging, modifications and variations will be provided to allow students to work at their own level.
Bring yoga mat and water bottle to class.
