Open to rising 6th - 8th grade, boy’s and girl’s, serious about learning and training for overall athletic development. This camp is geared toward general physical preparedness for all forms of athletic competition. Athletes will learn about, and train with, basic concepts of strength and conditioning. Training sessions will be based on our ten athletic movement patterns; squat, hinge, push, pull, jump, land, throw, catch, load carry and multidirectional movement. Our expectation is that each athlete will leave with a better understanding of what it takes to become the athlete they want to be, as well as, the basic tools necessary to begin that journey.
