Spring Grilling It is time to fire up the Weber again and enjoy this vastly popular class with Chef Joel. On the Menu: Grilled Leek and Portobello Mushroom Salad with Goat Cheese Crostini and Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette; Grilled Homemade Turkey, Feta and Sun-dried Tomato Sausage with Wisconsin Cheddar Polenta and Fresh Tomato Sauce; Grilled Beef, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Sandwich; Grilled Marinated Trout with Sticky Orange Sauce; Grilled Bananas with Strawberry Mousse.
