About this event
Project Week (June 6-10) is an early release with Late Bird coverage until 4:00 PM, when the campus will close. Families who do not have an annual Late Bird plan, can purchase prearranged Late Bird for all grades (including Early Learning) at a fee of $120.00. No drop-ins will be accepted during Project Week because we need to plan for appropriate staff coverage. For those not enrolled in Late Bird, late fees will accrue as usual for students picked up after the dismissal window (15 minutes after the early release), and for students in Late Bird, late fees will begin at 4:01 PM. Yearly Late Bird plans include Project Week Late Bird from 1:00-4:00 PM. If you are registered for Late Bird, you do not need to register for Project Week Late Bird, as we always plan for those students’ attendance. As a reminder, on the last day of school Friday, June 11, there is no Late Bird for any students, and every student must be picked up by 1:00 PM.
