The Race for the Fallen Glow Run is a night time family-fun race for participants of all ages & speeds!
The Police Benevolent Foundation’s Race for the Fallen (R4TF) GLOW RUN race series was created to honor fallen officers and their families.
Event details and schedule
The Race for the Fallen will begin at 8:00 PM (or after sunset). The starting point will be the at the Salem Baptist Church Recreation Complex. (Follow the signs posted on race day).
When can I pick up my race swag? You can drop by and pick up your race packet anytime between 3:00PM – 7:30PM on race day, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Salem Baptist Church Recreation Complex. When you pick up your packet there will be lines labeled A-N & M-Z, according to your last names. Each person must show their ID and individually pick up their own packet. This is very important to us and makes packet pick up run more efficiently.
Can I register on race day? You can register anytime between 3:00PM – 7:30PM on race day, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Salem Baptist Church Recreation Complex. There will be a line labeled “Register here!” The price will be $50 for a timed race, and $45 for an untimed race. We will accept cash, card or check. No discounts will be honored on race day.
Where should I park? Please park at Salem Baptist Church and walk over to the baseball fields in the Salem Baptist Church Recreation Complex, where the event will be set up.
What else will be going on at the race? We’ll have the Kids Zone, an area of free fun and inflatables, that will be open from 5:00PM – 10:00PM. There will be some fun for adults too! Newsole Running will be giving away a free pair of shoes, so be sure and stop by their booth to register for a chance to win!
