Basic Joyful Yoga
Have you wanted to try yoga but not sure you are up to it? This class is for you! We will practice an easy, smooth, flow of basic yoga poses combined with gentle stretches and breath work. This is a great way to start strengthening your muscles, particularly your core muscles. We will begin where you are and build gently, listening to your body all the way. A key benefit is that you will develop and improve balance in this series of classes. Leave each class with a smile on your face and feeling good!
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Check with your doctor before engaging in any activity you have not done before.
