Studies show that immersing yourself in the great outdoors is beneficial for both your physical and mental health. Take a short walk to a quiet area of the park for a guided nature-themed mediation followed by nature-themed yoga. Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature, the fresh air and natural beauty of the land.

- Class meets at the picnic tables at the front of ONP. Once all participants arrive, we will hike to the Treehouse for class.
- Participants should be prepared for an outdoor adventure with proper shoes, bug spray and water.
