The Colonial Run is a community 5/10k that occurs on Memorial Day. It is a run that takes place on a day that pays homage to those that have given their lives so that we may enjoy our freedoms. Through the historic rolling roads of Manchester, VT this run will pass by the statue of the Unamed Colonial, for who this race is named after. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to The Vermont Veterans Home. 2019 will be the 1st running of this intimate scenic community run/walk.

Packet Pick Up: Sunday 26th The Hampton Inn 1pm-7pm 4519 Main St Manchester VT.
Course: Please see Map below. It is a one loop course for the 5k. 2 Loops for the 10k.
Parking: Parking is available at nearby (2 blocks away) Burr n Burton Academy
Start Times: Monday 27th 10k = 7:30am 5k = 8am
The course will be swept/closed at 9:30 giving 10k runners 2 hours to finish and 5k runners/walkers 1.5 hours to complete.
Water Stations: There will be water stations at approx Miles 1, 2.5, 3.75, 5.25.

Starting Line: Union St by The Equinox Golf Club
7:25am National Athem will be played
7:30am 10k run wil begin.
7:55am National Athem will be played
8:00am 5k run will begin
9:30am Run course will close.
Finish Line: South Drive of The Equinox Resort.
4:00PM Monday Motown Margarita Madness Begins on the Dormy Deck...let's celebrate a successful 1st year run!
