Intro to Masters Swim is an instructional class for swimmers who are interested in learning swimming techniques and breathing patterns. This class is ideal for recreational or triathlon swimmers who want to improve the speed and efficiency of their stroke. The biomechanics of front crawl (freestyle) will be the primary focus, although swimmers will have the chance to receive instruction and review on other strokes as well.
