Curious about plant-forward cooking but unsure where to begin? Join Chef Taylor Johnson in the Learning Kitchen for hands-on classes where you'll learn delicious ways to incorporate more plants into your favorite dishes.
This month's class will try a new spin on a BBQ Picnic!

What We'll Be Cooking:

• Tangy Mushroom BBQ Sandwich OR Juicy Pulled Chicken and Mushroom BBQ Sandwich (choose one during registration): Learn how to make a savory pulled mushroom BBQ sandwich (with or without chicken), drenched in a tangy cider vinegar-based sauce, bursting with rich, smoky flavors.
• Tender Braised Greens: Perfect your BBQ sides with this quick and delightful dish of tender braised greens, infused with garlic and lemon.
• Cauliflower Mac & Cheese: Indulge in a cauliflower mac & cheese, featuring creamy, melted cheese and cauliflower florets for a rich and satisfying twist on a classic comfort dish.
