Weight Training for Women improves strength, balance, tone, mobility and stability using a combination of machines, bands, free weights and other equipment. You will learn different concepts for you to customize your own program to best fit your needs.

Registering in a class meeting in the Research Park will automatically include the "sale" of a free ($0.00) class access pass that permits the registrant to swipe and enter the fitness center door. A yellow banner at the top of your registration page will appear announcing this. Please continue and complete your class registration. You are not being charged any additional fees.
