Back to Basics – Chair Based is a 45-minute class incorporating aerobics, strength training, and range of motion exercises while remaining seated. The purpose of this class is to meet your body where it is currently at to improve overall fitness. A chair will be required for this class. Other equipment such as a resistance band or hand weights are optional. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
