Description
Senior Aerobic Dance is an aerobic class putting routines to music. Various movements and directional changes are performed building in intensity to get your heartrate moving. Focus is on coordination and balance, along with strength and flexibility. Options are provided to allow participants to work at their own pace. Appropriate for moderate to active people.
ATTENTION: RESEARCH PARK CLASS PARTICIPANTS
Registering in a class meeting in the Research Park will automatically include the "sale" of a free ($0.00) class access pass that permits the registrant to swipe and enter the fitness center door.
