Athletes will participate in various fitness activities designed to enhance speed, agility, balance, core strength, and endurance. The emphasis will be on conditioning for football, basketball and soccer, and overall general fitness. Athletes should be in good physical health. Athletes should wear tennis shoes, appropriate athletic clothing for the weather conditions, and should bring plenty of water. A towel is also recommended. Some activities may require the participant to sit or lie on the ground. These sessions are twice a week. Participants are required to bring their own masks and hand sanitizer. Masks will not be worn when exercising. There are no refunds for inclement weather or COVID-related cancellations.
