This is a 60 minute class in the classic vinyasa flow style of yoga. Students will use classic sun salutations to build endurance and strength using their own body weight while moving at a steady pace. Modifications to increase or decrease intensity will be included. Students should wear comfortable work out clothing and bring a mat.
