This class is accessible for all levels, no matter if you are brand new to yoga or are looking to gain strength, flexibility and stress relief. We will focus on alignment and safely moving through the poses to accommodate any limitations, injuries or health conditions. This is a one hour class that will incorporate an asana practice (yoga poses), Pranayama (breath control) and Dhyana (reflection). You will need a yoga mat, a bottle of water and dress in loose comfortable clothing. Please bring water bottle, & yoga mat and loose comfortable clothing.
