Description

We're sorry, but this class is over. The last meeting was Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Zumba toning is a Latin - inspired dance incorporating body sculpting techniques. Participants will use light weights or Zumba toning sticks to improve cardio performance, tone and strengthen the body's muscle. It's exhilarating, fun challenging and effective.

Bring light weights or Zumba toning sticks NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER CLASS BEGINS.
