Adults of all ages benefit from these fun, fast paced, low impact classes designed to shape you up with little or no stress on your knees or back. Access to pool area will be granted at the start of their class time. Registered participants that arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of their activity forfeit their spot. Entrance to the pool facility will not be allowed 15 minutes after the activity start time. Participants will be directed to exit the water at the end of their class time and directed off the pool deck through the designated exit.
We do not offer refunds of admission fees
