About this event
Shared Science will be onsite at Rancho Los Cerritos for a Long Beach History and STEM ed Lesson, $12. This is a Student/Parent Visit. Alongside RLC educators, students will learn which types of food were produced at the Rancho and how to make their own butter. Then, alongside a Shared Science instructor, students will explore different food preservation techniques and discuss their ideas about food storage without electricity. This class will take place outside, so please dress accordingly.
