Registration for "Firehouse Arts Afternoon" does not open until Jan. 28, 2025The Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton brings historical characters to life during an afternoon matinee, complete with audience interactive Q & A session.
When Charles Chaplin began filming "the Great Dictator" in 1939, there was hesitant Hollywood enthusiasm for the project. How big a risk might it be to launch a brazen satire of Naziism and Hitler while the United States was trying to stay out of the war in Europe? You'll know the inside story told by "the Little Fellow" on the Firehouse Arts stage.
