Join the Lincoln YMCA's weight loss challenge. You will work together with a Wellness Coach and up to 6 team members. Through this 12-week, 2 times a week weight loss challenge you will become healthier by setting and working towards realistic and personal goals. YMCA Credit will be awarded to the individual and team that loses the highest percentage of body weight withing the Lincoln YMCAs. NEW--PRO option for participants that include four (4) 45 minute one-on-one nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietician.
