Need some motivation or accountability? Are you interested in personal training, but don't have the time or money? Then Group Personal Training is for you! Classes are limited to 6 participants allowing each participant to receive individual attention and learn the skills to accomplish similar fitness routines on your own. All sessions are six weeks and meet twice a week with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Package includes one mandatory Health Assessment and twenty-five Training Sessions.
