This activity is closed to further registration.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and ?exibility. In Pilates we primarily target the core muscles, although it is truly a whole-body workout. You will notice increased balance and relaxation, strengthening and toning of important core muscles, and even relief of back pain. There are so many bene?ts to Pilates! Perfect for all levels.

Please bring yoga mat. Any equipment needed will be provided by instructor. These are mat classes.
