About this event
THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO PARENTS (or other FCDS Adults) in the FCDS COMMUNITY In this 8-week session, participants will learn how to throw pottery on the wheel from upper school art teacher, John Kildahl. They will learn how to center clay and throw some simple forms like mugs and bowls on the wheel. Participants will learn how to trim pieces and attach handles and at the end of the course students will learn how to glaze their pieces - and of course, take all of their work home with them.
