This introductory class will provide you with an overview of your new Intranet Solution called the Virtual Agent Center (VAC).TOPICS to include: Single Sign on Technology, Resources, User Profile - Agent's photos, Email Signatures, Domain Name transfer and Social Media Site implementation.
LAP TOPS, TABLETS OR I PADS A MUST!!! Agents must also bring: A Jpeg photo to upload or resize, Domain registry details including log in and password information (i.e.. Go Daddy or Advanced Access information etc.) and Contacts exported to a .CSV file (Comma Separated Value Excel File)
