This program is specifically designed to help the committed high school athlete gain strength and flexibility to promote improved athletic performance and injury prevention. No matter what sport you participate in, strength is a foundational attribute for improving athletic performance and should not be ignored. Each 4 week block will strategically progress using a variety of modalities including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Program is open to athletes entering their freshman year through graduating seniors. Don’t just sit around all summer, get stronger!

All sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm at 134 Lincoln Street Lander, WY 82520 Block 1 June 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30 Block 2 July 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, Aug 2, 4 You should wear comfortable athletic clothing and athletic footwear. We reccomend "low drop" or minimal running shoes, but general running shoes are fine. Bring a water bottle and healthy snack for after your workout.
