Are you interested in trying a new way to exercise? RowFit is a low impact, efficient way to get fit and have fun! Our classes combine a mixture of rowing on our Concept2 rowing machines and calisthenics with the focus on whole body health.The workouts will combine a mixture of intervals and rowing technique training to keep it interesting. You can expect a personalized, small class experience that will help you get stronger, increase aerobic endurance, and unlock your flexibility. New and experienced athletes are welcome. No class held on federal holidays.
