Description
Aging Mastery Program®, an approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity, the program seeks to address the increase in life expectancy that has occurred over the past 50 years; few people plan for these bonus years. Initial research shows strong demand for the program. A combination of goal-setting, daily practices, and peer support to help participants make meaningful changes in their lives, aligning with the goal of self-sufficiency and meaningful change. Space is limited and registration required.
