About this event
Helping you age well and live strong, Bethany Glenwinkel: certified personal trainer; water exercise instructor; water therapeutic exercise specialist. This class improves cardio endurance, strength endurance for your muscles, helps with weight loss and rehabilitation. Aquafit meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. - Class will not meet on Thanksgiving Day or December 27th or 29th. $75 for November & December, no roll-over.
