Come start your week off by flowing with your breath in this 60min class designed to bring balance to the body & mind. This is a slower paced class designed for you to mindfully connect your breath with movement and learn to challenge yourself with compassion. This class will start with a gentle warm-up and move into flowing through Sun Salutations. You can expect to practice some of the most popular standing poses before moving into a deep & gentle relaxing cool-down. This class is for all levels. Christina recommends also signing up for the yin class right after for those who want to go deeper.
Please bring a yoga mat to class.
