Put your body to work! This class offers a full body toning workout, with emphasis on balance training and functional strength relevant to Active Living. Flexible strength will be the focus of this 55 minute class, utilizing the stability ball, tubing and hand weights. Gain an awareness of proper body alignment and exercise technique while improving core strength, posture and balance. Awaken your muscles from head to toe in a fun and upbeat environment.
