Learn to tone, strengthen, challenge and lengthen your body at this Basic Barre class. Barre is inspired by micro movements from ballet, Pilates & strength based fitness classes. It is the perfect balance between hardening & softening your body as the end of class transitions into lengthening stretches to counter the strength work. Barre is accessible for all bodies, sizes, shapes, ages and beginners or returners to fitness. Observe the positive changes in the way your body feels and looks as you attend each class. Please bring a yoga mat.
