Walk 4 Health-Workshop takes place at beautiful Laguna Beach, California. Come join 2X Guinness World Record holder & American 10 Day Race Record holder, Yolanda Holder aka "Walking Diva" and learn some of her secrets on how to Power Walk any distance from a 5K - 10 Day Race.
This two hour worshop will cover all aspects of Power Walking and you'll learn: Effetive heal-toe stride, proper arm movement, how to gain speed, how to maintain speed, different between race walking & power walking. The worshop will also cover blister prevention, nutrition, hydration and much more.

Event details and schedule
We will meet at main beach on PCH at the basketball courts at 7am be prepared to power walk 1.5 miles, bring water and wear workout gear. There is meter parking & parking lots.
