It is estimated approximately 40 million Americans are dealing with anxiety and that number is expected to continue to rise. In this class you will learn about what stress and anxiety is, the effects upon your body and mind, and natural therapies/ herbs you can use to support yourself in today's world. Physical Demand  = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing. This program is lead by guest instructor, Melissa Morrison. Melissa, is the Clinical Master Herbalist of Dragonfly Botanicals Wisdom Center in Belmont, NH. Melissa has taught herbal medicine at the NE Women’s Herb Conference, Rosemary Gladstar’s Sage Mountain, and other herb educational venues around the Northeast. Melissa is committed to teaching people how to use plants for health & healing through her herb apprenticeship courses and classes.
