Zumba is a fun-filled dance fitness class, set to international music that will keep you motivated. This cardio workout is great for all levels, open to everyone, no matter what your dance background or knowledge may be. This class will also incorporate Zumba toning for 1/2 the class, including (optional) light weights, 1-3lbs to increase muscle and strength while getting our dance party on.All classes are operated in accordance with County, State and CDC guidelines.
