Description
Classes begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down. The workout is broken down by song, each with a different dance routine. Each Zumba dance routine will use different parts of the song as the basis of its choreography, making the routine easier to follow!
Wear clothing that is moveable and breathable and a pair of supportive shoes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
