Have you always wanted to explore meditation, knowing the benefits for your body and mind, however dread the thought having to sit in stillness, cross-legged and empty minded? If so, join us while we explore the intuitive approach of meditation, with Anja. We will be guided through a meditation style that offers many different doorways to relaxation. Take this opportunity to find deep rest and release your tension. When the weather allows we will enjoy nature and meditate in Rogers Park. Please bring something to lay or sit on, bug spray and cushions or blankets to get comfortable.
