This program is suited for anyone looking for overall and sport-specific training. The program is designed to enhance speed, agility, flexibility, explosiveness, strength, and athleticism. Participants are asked to attend the designated time slot which fits the first sport season they will participate in. *Student-athletes and participate in summer Sports Performance will not be charged for Sports Performance sessions during the school year.
