About this event
Join us for a chair yoga class to gain greater flexibility in your joints, and increase your muscle strength and balance. Enjoy the benefits of deep breathing and learn how to meditate. This class is suitable for all ages, and you do not need prior yoga experience. Please bring a yoga mat, a heavy blanket, two yoga blocks, a strap, and a bolster.
