About this event
Tai Chi is a Chinese Exercise that improves balance and increases circulation. Participants will learn some of the history and basic principles of Tai Chi while practicing exercises from the original Chen Style. Warm-up exercises known as Chi-Gong, standing repeating movements (Silk-Reeling), plus how to put them together for a short routine, are all covered in Beginner Tai Chi. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
