Join us Saturday morning, June 18th and help us beat cancer on a bike.

Then enjoy the best post-ride party in the nation at Boulevardia; multiple food truck options, the best local and regional beers and so much noise featuring phenomenal local, regional and national bands. 

Ride to Boulevardia is a fully supported ride for all skill levels. With distances of 15, 30 and 60 miles, there’s a distance for you whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider. The ride includes rest stops with fantastic volunteers as well as food, water and Gatorade every 8-10 miles and support trucks along the entire route.

In addition to a great ride, you get a:

  • General admission ticket for Saturday to Boulevardia, the best post ride party in the nation!

Early-bird registration through 3/30 is just $40 for the 15 & 30-mile rides and $50 for the 60-mile distance.

Our Mission

Our mission is to beat cancer on a bike, in turn promoting a healthier KC while supporting local cancer research and patients.

Beneficiaries

Cancer Action

A community-based non-profit offering programs and services addressing the physical, social, emotional, financial and spiritual needs of people with cancer, their family and friends.

Children’s Mercy Hospital

U.S. News and World Report has ranked Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics among the best in the country in all 10 specialties reviewed. Their pediatric oncology department is breaking new ground in cancer treatment both regionally and nationally.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 

LLS exists to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. They are the voice for all blood cancer patients and work to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients.

Braden's Hope

Braden's Hope For Childhood Cancer is a Kansas City based 501c3 organization that raises both awareness and funds for research focusing on targeted treatments to shut down the activators of childhood cancers.  All funding raised supporting Braden's Hope For Childhood Cancer for the Ride To Boulevardia event will be used to fund research grants in Kansas City benefitting children who receive treatment in our local area.

Event details and schedule

Great routes, rest stops and volunteers! We work to get you back to the finish around the same time for all routes so you can engage with fellow cyclists and have enough time go get to Boulevardia to enjoy the fesitval for the afternoon.

Logistics

15 miles - rolls out at 9am 

30 miles – rolls out at 8:30 am 

62 miles – rolls out at 8am

Remember to get to the ride an hour ahead to allow time for parking, check in, pumping up those tires or any last minute mechanical work (bike company will be on site to assist), filling up water bottles and enjoying coffee with fellow cyclists.

Packet pick up will take place when you return from the ride in the same spot you checked in. 

There are shuttles that go to/from Boulevardia from our start/finish locale and there is bike valet at the event if you choose to ride the two blocks over to the nation of Boulevardia.
