3150 Old Alabama Rd Johns Creek, GA 30022ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES WEDNESDAY 1/8 AT 8PM. WALKUP REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT EITHER OF OUR PACKET PICKUP LOCATIONS.
1. Friday 1/10 from 4-7pm at Big Peach Running Co., 5530 Windward Pkwy #420, Alpharetta, GA 30004. Pickup your shirt and bib ahead of time, shop for some amazing deals, and sleep in a little longer on race morning!
2. Saturday 1/11 at the start of the race (Newtown Park, 3150 Old Alabama Rd in Johns Creek) beginning at 745am
FULL RACE INSTRUCTIONS ARE LISTED IN THE "EVENT DETAILS AND SCHEDULE" BELOW. WALKUP REGISTRATION IS $40 FOR THE 5K AND $20 FOR THE 1K. (Cash/Credit Card accepted)
Both the 5K and 1K courses are on the paved bike trails, and are 100% closed to traffic. After the race, join the fun with lots of food, our DJ playing a mix of your favorite tunes, awesome photo opportunities, and much more! Plus there may be a very special guest to start the races!..... ALL finishers in the 5K AND the 1K get a cool shirt and snowflake finisher medal! Dress as your favorite fairy tale character for a chance to win some amazing prizes! Share your love of running with YOUR little snowflake and enjoy an event the entire family can enjoy!
THERE IS A STRICT 300 PERSON LIMIT FOR THE 5K!

The 5K is an AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event!
ALL parking is at Newtown Park. Please use the Old Alabama Rd entrance and park in the first lot on the right.
1K begins at 830am, and the 5K at 9am. Costume contest and awards ceremony 10am SHARP
Awards will be given in the 5K to the overall Male/Female and overall Masters Male/Female, plus top 3 Male/Female in 5 year age groups from 14 and under to 70+
ALL FINISHERS IN THE 5K AND 1K RECEIVE CUSTOM FINISHER MEDALS!
We will be using USATF certified course #GA16050WC (visit http://www.usatf.org/events/courses/search/ to view course map)

VENUE / PARKING / RESTROOMS
The race is at Newtown Park, 3150 Old Alabama Rd in Johns Creek. When you enter the main entrance to the park (across from the fire station), please park in the first lot on the right.
The start/finish and all race activities will be in the main pavilions, a very short walk inside the park from parking.
745 am registation opens 800 am Elsa arrives! 830 am 1K starts 900 am 5K starts 10am costume contest and awards ceremony
COURSE
We are using the 2 1/2 loop course that is the Newtown Park "standard". It is USATF certified and can be used for seeding in the AJC Peachtree Road Race. You will pass the water stop 2 times on the course (.9 miles and 2 miles) The 1K course is a single loop. WEATHER We run rain or shine. In the event of lightning we will postpone the start until it is safe to proceed. We will work in conjunction with local authorities to determine this. In the event of lightning the safest place is always your car.
