About Jeff Galloway’s Program:

The Jeff Galloway Training Program is the Official Training Program of 26.2 with DONNA The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer.  We also train for all races that Galloway Pacers serve, including but not limited to Disney Marathon and Half Marathons, Ameris Bank, USO Armed Forces Half Marathon, ZOOMA and Space Coast. The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of running a 5k, half marathon, or marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers.  Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability.  We would love to have you, but if you're not certain about whether to join, email us at jaxtraining@breastcancermarathon.com.

General Info:

The Jacksonville Galloway Training Program follows Olympian Jeff Galloway’s training guidelines to get you safely across the finish line of a 5k, half or full marathon.

Our group runs feature walking breaks at regular intervals based on your skill level. Pace groups are set up according to current fitness level, and a Group Leader is assigned to keep the speed slow enough for all members and to enforce walk breaks from the beginning to the end.

Members receive the best training possible with the additional help of our training partners in nutrition, cross training, recovery, and apparel. Each week our training partners educate you to ensure your running at your best!

Off Season (march 2019 to july 2019)

Getting Started (may 2019 to july 2019)

Year Round Half (march 2019 to feb 2020; includes summer training 2019)

Year Round Full Marathon (march 2019 to feb 2020; includes summer training 2019)

Training Program membership does not include race entry fees.

Refund Policy:

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained. People who want to try out Galloway Training may attend up to two group runs free of charge before registering for the season.
