Did you know that November 9 is officially Generosity Breeds Joy Day in Jacksonville? It's true! This special date commemorates the grand opening of our new Adoption, Education, and Pet Help Center. To help us celebrate this anniversary, on November 11, 2024, children in grades 3-8 are invited to spend the day at JHS discovering exactly what "generosity breeds joy" means while learning all about our four-legged friends! Drop-Off and Pickup: Drop-off is from 8:45 - 9:00 a.m. and pickup is from 4:00 - 4:15 p.m. Extended care is available beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending at 5:15 p.m. for an additional $20 fee. Snacks and Meals: Campers MUST bring a lunch and a water bottle. One snack will be provided to all campers in the morning courtesy of our friends at SmartBox. The Kona Ice truck will visit JHS during camp. If you would like your child to be able to purchase a shaved ice from the truck, please send them to camp with $3-$6 cash (depending on the size they would like to purchase).
