The 4th Annual Indoor Triathlon takes place at Island Health & Fitness brought to you by Cayuga Coaching. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, enthusiastic volunteers and delicious bagels following the event. Sign-up today and test your fitness before the big race!
Event details and schedule
Race Day Registration will be from 5:30 - 6:30 am.
Swim 10 Minutes
Bike 30 Minutes
Run 20 Minutes
**Transition time between events will be 5 minutes.
Event starts at 6:00 am, waves of 8 will take off every 15 minutes following. Wave times will be emailed out closer to the event. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
All participants will use the same spin bikes and treadmills that are located in the gym. Participants are allowed to use SPD clipless shoes as these are the pedals on the spin bikes. Volunteers will assist each participant with set-up and time keeping. Racers will be provided a card to keep track of their distances from each event and results will held afterwards for top 3 male and female.
*Please bring a towel. Participants must dry off before beginning the bike portion of the event.
**The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Triathlon race kit or clothing for all three sports
SPD bike shoes (Optional)
We will also be hosting a triathlon winter training program from Jan 21, 2018 - March 16, 2018. This training program will be held at Island Health & Fitness with two weekly coached swim sessions and one run session and one spin session.
