Times: Tuesdays: 9:00am-10:30am Thursdays: 9:00am-10:30am Tstreet Volleyball Club whole heartedly encourages and endorses sand volleyball training which provides plyometric, cross-training and cross-fit benefits. We believe that sand training helps athletes to get stronger with every dig, block and spike since the brain and spinal column has to fire more sensory information (proprioception) to the ligaments, tendons and muscles in a joint. Learn the fundamentals of serving, passing and spiking in the outdoor elements of sun, wind and soft sand. Bring sun-block, sunglasses and several water bottles as you develop skills for CBVA (California Beach Volleyball Assoc.) tournaments and a lifetime of enjoyment of beach volleyball. Visors, hats and sunglasses are encouraged.
