Chair yoga practices poses while sitting in a chair or using the chair to assist in some standing poses. Yoga techniques provide a low impact way to increase strength, flexibility and balance while teaching how to relax. Techniques can also be used for people who sit a lot for their jobs and want some stretches to release tightness and tension. for questions contact Esther at eretish@ gmail.com.
